Presentation Instructions
- KDD 2025 is an in-person conference. All papers and posters are to be presented by one of the authors or a designated proxy. Note, it is the author’s responsibility to find a proxy if one is needed. If you can attend KDD, you are expected to present your paper in person.
- Please note, to be included in the proceedings, every accepted paper must be covered by a full or main conference registration at the standard (non-student) in-person rate, of which payment must be completed by the camera-ready deadline of your cycle.

- When is the deadline for preparing posters?
- There is no deadline. Just make sure to present your poster during the corresponding session of your poster.
- What is the expected size of my poster?
- The size limit for each poster is 4 feet by 4 feet. The main constraint of your posters is that they should fit within that size. In other words, there are no constraints in terms of the orientation and size of the poster as long as it fits within the assigned area on the poster board.
- Can we pin our poster to the board?
- Yes. KDD will provide you with pushpins to mount the poster.
- How can we locate our poster board?
- We will number each board and assign a board number to every paper. You can find the information on the KDD website once it’s published.
- Will KDD provide a sample poster template (.ppt file) to use?
- No. We will not provide any template. You are free to use your own.
